How to make real money with paid survey sites

 Research your subject by:-

• Asking friends for recommendations.

• Set up an additional email address, just for registering with survey sites and the like. Try hotmail or any free service. This will prevent your important email address being inundated with mail. Some survey sites may pass on your email address to third parties and an excess of post could soon swamp your inbox.
• Set up a paypal account for your new email address.
• Start small to test the water.
• Join just a couple of sites to see what they offer.
• Give enough personal information, but no more than is necessary.
• Remember to always protect your identity and personal details when writing online.

3. Fill in all of the minimum details required, but no more.
4. If the site turns out to be what you wanted you can add details later.
5. The website will usually send you a confirmation email with a link.
6. Follow this link and your membership should be complete.

Some survey sites will start sending you surveys almost immediately. Of course you have to bear in mind that, the companies offering the surveys will have a target audience. For example, a survey about Amy Winehouse will probably have a target audience aged under thirty.

You could lie when joining the sites but personally I do not see any point in that. There will usually be a survey or two, sooner or later, that is suitable for you. BE PATIENT

4. Most surveys have a time deadline and a number of people to target.

5. Once the target numer is fulfilled the survey will close, even if the deadline has not been reached.

6. Be as honest as possible, when completing surveys, and follow the instructions to the letter.

7. If you appear to be making inconsistent or thoughtless answers, you will be screened out and may not receive anymore surveys.

• Check the small print so that you can decide if the survey site is for you.
• Know exactly what payment they are offering and any limits.
• Once you claim your payout there is often a waiting period of up to 6 weeks.
• If the site is good it may offer you the chance to earn some extra money by referring friends and family to join.

Other offers

Many survey sites also use their members as a voluntary testing ground. This may only happen pccasionally. I have received, in order to use and test:-

• A good brand of tinted moisturiser.
• A huge box of good brand automatic washing machine powder.
• Crisps.
• Mints.
• Toothpaste.

You will usually complete a small paid survey first, to see if the product is something that you would use. If you agree to test the product you will be sent guidelines about confidentiality and the test, along with the product. After the test period, perhaps two weeks, you will be asked to complete a further survey, where you will be asked your findings.

These surveys are always straightforward and not overly long. In my case the soap powder I received would have cost 12 pounds at the supermarket, so it was eagerly accepted.
